It didn't start with gear or talent. It started with a keyboard, impatience, and eventually silence. Twice, I walked away. Twice, something pulled me back.
The shift wasn't dramatic — it was a decision to slow down. To make something for myself before worrying about what anyone else might think. Lo-fi gave me that space. A genre that doesn't demand perfection, just presence.
When I uploaded the first track, I almost deleted it. I left it up. That was the beginning.

Where it started
A keyboard. High expectations. No patience. The instrument sat untouched for months before I tried again with FL Studio.
What went wrong
Creating for judgment before a single note existed. I was focused on how things would be perceived — and that made everything feel wrong from the start.
Why I came back
Slower. Simpler. More honest. Lo-fi asked nothing of me except to show up. No pressure, no comparison — just the sound and the feeling.
